WHAT QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
- You will be working with us as an Agricultural Recruitment Consultant
- You'll be responsible for identifying and attracting high-quality candidates through our innovative recruitment processes
- You'll also be responsible for providing support to our clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they get the best candidate possible
- You'll have professional career experience in the agriculture industry, be that agronomy, livestock, machinery or any other area you have a network or desire within
- You'll be commercially switched on, intelligent, entrepreneurial, and focused on outcomes
- You'll be ambitious - you want to make your mark on the industry, and you have passion for your work
- Ideally you will be located within commuting distance of either our beautiful rural office in central Norfolk or be willing to commute weekly for staff meetings and training or our new office, The Broadgate Tower, near Liverpool Street in London
