WHAT’S THE TERRITORY? Wales, West and South-West England

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE? The key purpose of the position is to achieve or exceed agreed sales targets, through supporting and driving dealers to reach their objectives. Home based, and reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will be mainly responsible for managing your own schedule, ensuring regular contact with dealers, support for demonstrations, sales and product training, as well as managing dealer sales pipelines so that products ae available for customers to purchase at the right time of year.

WHAT QUALITIES DO I NEED?

  • Your background is firmly in the agricultural machinery sector, and you’ll be familiar with the function and operation of modern agricultural machinery
  • You’re commercially experienced, and have a solid understanding of sales, sales process, and relationship building either from the machinery retail sector, or from the B2B environment
  • You’ll have first class communication skills, be a strong and committed team player and be able to liaise with industry professionals at all levels
  • You’re familiar with all forms of arable crop production and the challenges faced by growers, understanding and being able to articulate the agronomic benefits of the Company’s products
  • You’re highly organised, a good planner and possess a good all-round standard of IT literacy, including MS Office and CRM
  • Residing centrally within the territory, you’ll have a clean driving licence and be comfortable with regular travel, and nights away from home
