What will you be responsible for ?
- Introducing the company as a new market player in the UK crop protection market
- Providing commercial and technical support including training to key customers
- Preparing sales budgets with key customers and carefully follow up the progress
- Seeking new customers and markets for the existing portfolio
- Investigating new market opportunities for new solutions, both conventional and biological
- Aligning production and supply planning with the internal Supply Chain department
- Working closely with the Marketing, Business Development and Finance team

- Being a strong member of the team to support and implement the company strategy
- Contributing towards continuous improvement of service levels
- Adhering to company policies and procedures acting in a professional and ethical way, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and integrity, always promoting the activities of the company
How do I work in this sector, what is the scope of the role ?
- First contact point for any commercial and technical matters in the UK
- Prepare sales plans and follow up jointly with the Head of UK sales
- Liaise on a day-to-day level with the Supply Chain team to co-ordinate product demand and supply
- Co-operate closely to properly support sales activities with the Marketing team
- Work closely with the Business Development team to identify market opportunities for new products and to lead their market introduction
- Support preparation and conduct of R&D trials with either CRO’s or customers

- Experienced in commercial, technical and marketing roles in the UK agricultural crop protection market
- Wide commercial and technical knowledge of the UK crop protection market with a high level of business acumen
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexible approach to working on long term and day to day challenges
- Ability to work in a collaborative way with internal and external customers
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Skill set with IT packages required for this role
