WHAT IS THE JOB?
The Area Sales Manager will:
- Support customers through regular technical service visits.
- Deliver sales targets for turnover and margin.
- Maintain and grow customer accounts.
- Manage business reporting tools and CRM system.
- Develop and contribute to the area and national business plans.
- Attend national events (some overnight stays required).
- Ensure regulatory compliance across customer sites.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards.
WHAT SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
- Minimum 3 years' experience in agriculture or food processing.
- Background in pig and/or poultry industries preferred.
- Agricultural or Science degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Full UK driving license required.
