This position would suit a hardworking, efficient individual who enjoys communicating with customers and working as part of a team.
Duties include:
- Serving customers over the phone & in our showroom
- Parts identification - genuine & non-genuine parts for all makes & models of agricultural machinery
- Goods receiving
- Picking & ordering of parts
- Supporting the Service Department with parts requirements

- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Enjoy working in a busy atmosphere
- General computer skills – Internet use & experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Organised and able to work on own initiative
- Ability to multi-task & work to deadlines
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery is advantageous
Hours:
08:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
08:00-13:00 Saturdays on a rota
Geographical Location Essex + outskirts of Hertfordshire & Cambridgeshire
Roughly 25 mile radius / 45min journey

No minimum qualifications etc required but we would be looking for experience in any of the following:
- Agricultural/horticultural machinery knowledge
- Transferable skills (mechanic, been around machinery)
- Experience with customer service
- Grown up/spent time around agriculture
- Warehouse experience
