WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE ROLE? Delivering and developing the overall technology and customer support strategy for this large, premium brand sales organisation, the role functions at a senior level throughout the business, managing and connecting departments, coaching and developing key individuals, and ensuring a consistent focus on delivering first-class customer experience is at the heart of all activity.
WHAT QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
- First and foremost, you’ll have a very good overall understanding of and passion for agricultural technology and the key factors and global / regional context that influence the development of this rapidly growing sector
- Just as importantly, your people skills will be exceptional: leadership, coaching and development, interpersonal, empathy, persuasion and influence will be consistent features in your career experience
- You’ll have experience in delivering customer-oriented solutions and outcomes to ensure excellent retention and new customer capture, underpinned by an excellent ability to engage with customers and industry professionals at all levels
- Strategically-minded, you can understand a global game plan in depth, and ensure that it is deliverable at market level and will achieve or exceed agreed outcomes
- You can add value to a business - commercially, with process and systems, and team performance
- You’ll promote the use of IT and technology solutions internally and externally, using and managing data to provide informed, customer-focused decisions
- Living in or prepared to relocate to the Yorkshire area, a clean driving licence is required, and you will be comfortable with regular travel (occasionally overseas)
