TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE. Responsible for the delivery of all technical training material, taking ownership of the Company’s technical training programme, the role will identify training needs within the dealer network, liaising closely with other departments and internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a committed and dynamic approach to achieving excellent standards of technical training delivery, embracing new and advanced technology to ensure dealers receive the best possible resources.
WHAT QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
- You’ll have a strong agricultural engineering background, either from a dealer service department or a manufacturer technical support role, ideally with a recognised technical qualification, experienced in diagnostics and complex electrohydraulic systems
- You’ll bring a very well-developed portfolio of communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with technical professionals and other industry stakeholders
- You possess an excellent all-round standard of IT literacy including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, ideally with experience of manufacturer service systems
- We’ll need to know that you have good organisational abilities, can manage multiple projects and a proven ability to deliver engaging and informative content
- Previous experience in technical training is a significant advantage, with the ability to identify and develop training needs and establish a robust curriculum to suit learners at all stages of their career
- With a clean driving licence, you’ll reside in (or be prepared to relocate to) the South of England, be comfortable with regular travel and nights away from home within the UK and occasionally overseas
