What You’ll Do

Lead all aspects of crop production in a modern, climate-controlled glasshouse.

Optimise yields and quality through expert management of irrigation, nutrition, and pest control.

Use advanced data and climate systems to fine-tune growing conditions.

Develop and inspire a skilled horticultural team, creating a culture of excellence and innovation.

Collaborate closely with management and technical teams to ensure the operation runs efficiently and sustainably.
What We’re Looking For

Proven success as a Head Grower or Senior Grower in large-scale tomato or vegetable production.

Strong agronomic knowledge and understanding of high-tech growing systems.

Excellent leadership and communication skills – a natural team motivator.

A hands-on, analytical mindset with a drive for improvement and innovation.

Relevant qualification in Horticulture, Agronomy, or Plant Science preferred.

Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
